New place in town

Looked great from outside - new building and interior. Nice menu with moderate prices. Good wine list selections. The service was very good, the food not so much. The Italian combo was swimming in tomato sauce, and the green peppers were cooked to death whole. For some reason the water and tea had a major plastic/chemical taste. Could be a local thing. Drink options are not listed on the menu. Most entrees listed french fries instead of choice of potato, and most come with a cup of soup which can be traded in for a dinner salad for $1.50 extra.
