Operating under unique service concept of "continuous service", Gauchos Do Brazil satisfies palates and the desire for something different an original; instead of ordering from a traditional menu, Gauchos Do Brazil introduces a prix-fixed system where its guest's can sample the entire menu, or just focus on their favorite items.
The lunch and dinner menu features unlimited servings of around 15 different delectable cuts of fire-roasted meats, mated with a sumptuous gourmet consisting of salads, fresh-cut vegetables, and a variety of authentic Brazilian side dishes.
Each guest uses a two-sided disk to control the pace of their meal. The green side signals the Gaucho to bring out skewers of sizzling fire-roasted meats to carve at the table. The red side indicates a stopping point. Turning back to green lets the Gaucho know to start offering the meats again.

Man I love Brazilian Food!!! I was so glad when this place opened. It is fun, and the meats are cooked to perfection Rodizio Style. Very cool theat the Gauchos come righ tto your table and give you the perfect cut of meeat that you want. ALL YOU CAN EAT!! Great food....
